50 дизайнерских мячей для Супербоула

7 февраля в США пройдет юбилейный, 50-й Супербоул — матч за звание чемпиона Национальной футбольной лиги (NFL), одно из самых популярных спортивных событий не только Америки, но и планеты.

В преддверии юбилейного Супербоула Национальная футбольная лига и Совет модных дизайнеров Америки объединили усилия, чтобы достойно отметить долгожданное событие. 50 дизайнеров сделали 50 единственных в своем роде мячей, которые будут выставлены на аукцион 20 января на сайте NFL.com. Средства, вырученные от продаж, пойдут в благотворительный фонд Национальной футбольной лиги.

Это уже второй случай сотрудничества двух организаций. В 2014 году 48 дизайнеров создали коллекцию уникальных шлемов, которые были выставлены в витрине нью-йоркского универмага Bloomingdale’s, а затем также проданы на аукционе. И хотя представители Национальной футбольной лиги не разглашают его результатов, известно, что шлем дизайнера Джона Варватоса стал одним из самых дорогих лотов и был продан за $5055.
